      I was in the branch today to pickup information on their accounts. I heard one of the customer service representatives, (Natalie) speaking with someone on the phone. After a few minutes into her conversation, she became very rude and hung the phone up. I will not be going back!

      Half way through my transaction, they told me they just got word her co-worker was not returning from her lunch and she needed to end our transaction and lock the doors in preparation for her coworker's appointments for that afternoon. There was no one else there but me. There was no reason to not complete my transaction first. Unbelievable.
