  Truist done it again . Tried another branch . Worst than the one at Flower Hill. Incompetent and careless staff . Standing for 15 min while 5 employees carting and manicure . They even ask me to wait and continue chatting . Teller cannot even do a deposit right . It is like we are here to serve them instead if the other way around . Branch leader says on the door but there is no leadership there . Just a bunch of mediocres push papers with real lack of customer service. I am tired to “ make it work “ just because take some work to open an account on another bank and get all set up again , but things have a limit . Please just open an ACCOUNT ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I would rate them NO STARS if it was posible .

  February 22 I went to this Suntrust location because my Money Market and savings were not visible or accessible online or in the app. 2 hours and nothing accomplished, so this morning I went back. It took nearly 2 hours to close the accounts and get my checks printed-Ms Sally assumed that everyone is retired and has all day to devote to the bank. Terrible service. Sally worked the drive up, talked to pet customers, and clearly had no interest in resolving the problems that had transpired-now I will soon also move my checking account. And I will end a 30 year relationship with a bank that now no longer cares about their customers at all.
