      SunTrust bank was very flexible with my brother in opening a business and personal accounts, although he doesn't have a SSN. Other banks did not accept his application, which did not make sense. Katie Hall went above and beyond to facilitate opening the business account; she even coordinated with another branch in another city to facilitate my signing the papers there, as I was not able to be present in Ocala.

      #1 Im a U.S. Marine, so for the sake of argument let's just assume I'm never wrong. Savy?? Mr T.J. Wyn, of the downtown Ocala branch, lied to me when he said I would have my replacement ATM card expedited and delivered within 2 to 3 days, via fast mail. I was informed today it was sent by regular mail. I call that a serious lack of integrity and honesty. I am also getting tired of your locked downs that are in place when trying to go into a branch to take care of business.

      Went to main branch to wire funds and after 50 minutes, still didnt complete the transaction. Left. Have been with Suntrust for 40 years or more.
