      My favorite branch. So wonderful stuff. Kimberly, the manager is awesome. So wonderful helping and professional attitude she has. I'll miss this branch after February 2022 as they are closing.

      Since Truist has taken over BB&T,customer service is the absolute worst.Subpar to say the least.The reps. are clueless and your issue goes unresolved.It's one thing after another with this socalled bank.

      Now the worst bank in town can’t even go inside to close my account in Johnson city TN, to bad you had to move out of my home town of Greeneville, TN. I had to ride 45 min down the road just to take out my money to close the account. I have been using your company for 24 years. I even got my first loan there at 15 but now you are a disappointment.
