      This branch obviously needs more help. Twice In the past few months I have had to wait in excess of 30 minutes to receive help with a problem. Today, I left the drive through due to only one person trying to serve the inside counter as well as the drive through!!

      Terry needs a refresher on customer service. Arguing with a customer telling me what I should do and how I could manage my time better, smh. Terry needs some one on one scenario training on how to deal with customers, yes, upset and in a hurry customers.
