      Ladies that work here are fantastic. But BB&T has turned to similar policies as BOA.

      We love all the folks that work here in Bland. They are the best. You could not ask for a better bunchy of folks working for your establishment. I like some of the changes. but it is sad that for 34 years we have been with BBT and we have been able to have our statements sent thru the mail. What are the older folks doing now that need to have a written statement as they do not have computers or know how to use them? I myself like to have one in hand and some folks do not have printers. That is just sad. Otherwise this would have been 100% satisfaction. Those folks working in Bland Truist Bank need a good raise. Thank you.
