      The Suntrust Bank Branch has merged with the BBT branch at this Rose Hill location in Spring 2021. It now offers customers a drive thru.

      There is always one person working at the counter and one person working the drive thru. The line inside the bank is always backed up to the door. You’d think for the number of customers they get daily that there would be more employees working. I’ve never been to a bank where I’ve had to wait 15 minutes or more just to make a deposit.

      The merger made the experience very bad. This branch is terrible. By the way, some of the employees are nice.
