      Not a friendly bank. Sad, and much like other banks, the customer service is just past the buck. I went inside to the bank and brought to their attention to prom I was having and they simply just told me that's not our department. I have several corporate accounts there and will be taking our money and moving to a different bank.

      Had a client that needed to have a check cashed so he could have his roof repaired due to a tree falling over. The bank said he needed to have verification that I was an actual company they called and as soon as I picked up the phone they hung up. I called back three times( no waiting in a queue) and never had my phone call answered. My client now has zero options left and has a hole in his roof that won’t get repaired.
