      Since I've moved to VAB, this branch has been absolutely vital and wonderful when it comes to my banking needs. I've been a member of Truist (BB&T) for quite some time, and I was nervous about finding a new branch here and this particular one has dine a fantastic job. There is a Truist branch a mile from me, but they have no customer service. For example this morning: I go to the Kempsville branch by the Wal Greens for the first time, just to make a cash withdrawal. They weren't able to do it, and treated me poorly (here'slooking at you, Dorothy). I zipped over to Greenbrier, and Rosalind was able to do it and so simply!)] I appreciate the customer rapport, and the thoroughness these employees do their job with. The fact that on this Saturday morning, 6/4/22, the Greenbrier branch was packed, and the Kempsville one was sparse speaks volumes.

      The slowest service I've seen, my wife and i clients since 1996, xame to get a document notarized, they told us to have a sit, and 30 min later nothing happened, that's disrespectful,
