      I had a really bad experience with Truist a few days ago after staying on hold for about an hour just to get information to do an auto refinance. To say I was angry was an under statement. But then today I spoke with Becky Jackson at this branch and she was an absolute saint. She turned around my negative opinion of Truist and I am very grateful for her trying to help me. If you go to this branch, WORK WITH BECKY!

      the ladies who are at the window are a disaster they have to have more empathy for people the people who are homeless have more respect They should train the staff better, what's the use of being in an office if they have a negative attitude

      These "employees " are extremely unprofessional and out right rude. They are extremely racist at this area. If I could, I would give this location 0 stars.
