      This location does not do things the way other BB&T locations do. I am not sure if it is a lack of trianing, or just laziness. Either way, it is inconvenient and annoying. Further, they are rude about it when you request common banking inquires that any other branches are happy to undertake. Avoid this branch at all costs.
