      Since changing from bb&t to truist the service has gone downhill. My account has been compromised several times since then & customer service is lacking also. Looking for a new bank!

      They need to update their website. Says they open at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. I drove an hour to get here and they do not open until 9 am!!!! Plus I never Got my bank card so there’s that. Ugh this is ridiculous
