      We just moved to Duffield from far off. I went to this branch of BB&T to open an account. The woman at the desk just inside the door is an absolute jerk. She accused me of not being a citizen because they wanted three forms of ID and an additional proof of address in Virginia to open an account. She said it was becauase of the Patriot Act... I am a patriot tasked with enforcing this act and a retired Master Sergeant from the US Army and a white man. Who does she think she is? Her career stalled at bank clerk. This woman then threatened to call the police if I wouldn't leave because she would not open an account for me. I told her I would go across the street and open an account at Powell Valley bank and I did. With no trouble at all. This woman was obviously having a bad day and just wanted to mess with someone. Highly unprofessional.
