      I opened up an account over three months ago. First I had to make an appointment for that, the person who I had the appointment was late. I was waiting over a month for my ATM card, with no card arriving. I then had to make another appointment, for the person only to tell me wait another couple of weeks. Still don't have my card, and last time I visited and asked about it. I was told the person is only available Wednesday on, I work and my days off aren't then. So appointments seem only available when it's convenient for that person and not the customer. Yet I'm being charged for a card I don't have, this is really ridiculous

      I've been a BB&T customer for 28yrs. I just experienced the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was the only customer in the bank, (only because the ATM was out of service) and stood in line for approximately 5 min. (mind you I was the only customer at the time) before I finally asked the 3 associates behind the counter if anyone was working today??? Very very poor service... I am also calling the manager to file a complaint...
