      This is the worst bank you can associate yourself with!!! My grandma has used this bank for over 30 years and she recently passed away so of course her social security check did not post because she is dead. I called to close the account and of course Karen answers the phone and has the nerves to say she can’t close the account because of a 9.99 charge went thru and caused the account to over draft!!! They did not pay the 9.99 so what in the hell did they lose!! Nothing! They are ridiculous and to treat a customer that has used this poor excuse for a bank that way is sad!!!! Disgusting!

      This bank opens and closes without any notice. Service is always slow at drive-thru. Time to move all my banking to a bank that cares. Thats checking, savings and moneymarket.
