      After getting the run around with an account issue on the 800 number... I contacted my local branch and Katie Bartlett was amazing! She went out of her way to help me. I have a crazy schedule and this was so helpful. Katie keep up the awesome work! Much appreciated!

      The teller at the drive-thru is The Worst. This used to be a quick friendly atmosphere. Now it is very unpleasant.

      I don't recommend this bank. I know 5 people with accounts there and at least 3-4 times a year any one of them has their account hacked. This has been going on for about 5 years now, since they signed up. Truist/SunTrust always fixes the accounts,but thats besides the point!!
