      Stopped by at 4:20 (bank closes at 5) to open another account and was told I couldn’t do so because no one was there to do it! We were told to come back another day. We sure will, but it won’t be at Truist! We will be taking our business elsewhere where it is appreciated!

      Ever since they closed the branch on the island and forced me over here it has been a very poor experience. The one older head bank teller lady is very condescending and assuming. The fees are outrageous And the customer service helpline is a 30 minute wait and they are ignorant.
