      If I could rank this branch in the negatives, I would. I relocated to this branch due to the Hunt Valley branch shutting down. Todd from the Hunt Valley branch was phenomenal, professional, responsive, and competent. I wish they never shut down because I would never have visited this branch and dealt with Maria, which her interaction caused me to terminate ALL my accounts. I would call her to receive no answer-back. I would visit the branch to hope to get the business accounts open and operating, and she would say I will look into it, and it is four months later and NOTHING. I even called the Canton location to obtain help to figure out what was going on, and they told me, unfortunately, I would have to contact her. I did and even voiced my concerns with another bank rep to still receive no callback. I refuse to be treated or have a bank disregard my concerns. So I went to Navy Federal and was directed and received a response rapidly, and my accounts open and active within two weeks. They have completed my saving, checking, credit card, and PPP loan for my business with no problem. So I STILL question what Maria's issue was. Did she even submit my applications? However, I won't hold my breath to find out; she would still not follow up.
