      This branch has horrible drive thru wait times, and they don't care! Will soon move to another bank after 38 years with SunTrust!

      Goodbye to BB&T. I won't use this bank any longer. I have only heard "I don't know" or "We don't" from the employees. The fantastic BBT customer service vanished overnight. Closing most branches has created a parking lot nightmare to this and the other two branches I tried. I don't have the patience...no one could! Ridiculous.
