      Mike Lee as new manager provides perhaps the best banking experience I've ever had. He has immense knowledge and gets things done, but remembers you as a person and takes an active interest in your life. I actually followed Mike from a different location to this branch, because of Mike. No matter what he's doing, he will take at least a moment, say hi, and make sure you feel welcomed, acknowledged, and taken care of.

      I also encountered a "US" vs "THEM" attitude in this specific branch with her takeover. Banks used to be our business partners....This place feels proactively unprofessional.
