      Called in and the teller was very short and ignorant on the phone. Hung up without seeing if there were any other issues w my account. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

      Branch manager was very unprofessional. I called today to ask a few questions and she was very short and rude to me & acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her life. I no longer plan to do business with them.

      The one star is not because of the branch but because of bbt corporation. This branch is clean, hours are typical of a bank and the staff are pleasant to deal with. Bbt as a bank is horrible. They claim that they are to help make banking a better experience, but then when you want to use those services to make it a better experience they have very high requirements for credit to be able to actually get those services. So unless you have great, and I mean great, credit, they don't ever want to work with you.
