      I went in to have help with my suntrust zelle. I was greeted by very friendly and helpful employee. The employee who walked me through the zelle and even went above and beyond to fix my issue was Wonderful. I asked her name and she said her name was Wonderful. I stopped and read her tag...yes indeed her real name is Wonderful! Wow! Suntrust has a Wonderful Wonderful!!!. Many Thanks for so much kindness from Wonderful! God Bless You!

      I have banked with suntrust/Truist for my business and personally for 25 years. This company used to be solid, now I wouldn’t rely on them for any type of banking, mainly due to hold times. No matter I call it’s been an hour or more for the last year. I don’t expect to wait an hour every time I call customer service. I can accept being short staffed, but for 16 months???? You still have the same wait times of an hour today as you did 16 months ago. Worst banking institution ever!!!!!! Changing banks asap after 25 years!
