      I would have given 5 stars because I've always had terrific service here and I feel I know the tellers, and I like them. That said, my middle daughter has a difficult time trying to cash her check. It is always a hassle she says, and I'm not impressed. The five of us have accounts there and I want my kids to feel they belong to this bank and are welcome, which has not been the case yet. In trying to secure future customers, they could improve.
