      No idea if it was this branch or not, but want to give a shout out to BB&T for helping me win a small fraud case against Pay-pal and a Chinese vendor who defrauded me. I won my fraud case thanks to the help of BB&T and want to say if you lose with Pay-pal your bank might be able to help out and amaze you. It worked in my case and brought a nice glimmer of hope for customer support and service.

      Well I have been looking for a new bank and went to this location and due to the teller that was rude I will be taking my money elsewhere. I feel like I was treated wrongly and I will never go to Trust again...

      I was left on hold for over an hour for a simple question. After over an hour of being on hold someone answered and sounded like they wanted to help. They hung up on me immediately. Terrible customer service in my opinion.
