Instead of saying, " we're sorry. Our new ATM is not working reliably" they unapologeticly just said you need to use online banking when I went into the branch after the ATM failed. I was a SunTrust customer with no issues for more than 20 years...ATM success for checking and savings. Initial impression of Truist is not favorable. Ready to change banks after 20 years. Fail for Truist. Unsupportive and rude staff.Pick a different bank. Ready to switch after 20 years. Cannot abide rudeness at the Brentwood TN branch.
