      So helpful, they resolved all my banking problems. Joseph Hartlove is top notch, he went out of his way to help me. I would recommend this branch. My experience with other branches of this bank have been subpar. This branch is professional and courteous!

      Customer service is terrible. Even worse than when it was SunTrust. When they blocked access to my funds, including a direct deposit of my Social Security, which they accepted after they told me the account was frozen, the branch manager refused to provide any assistance. He just gave me a non-working number for a customer advocate. Their telephone service was no help either, just kept reading from a script why there was nothing the operator could do and refused to patch me through to somebody who could.

      BE CAREFUL I noticed my REAL REVIEW about this branch and the other REVIEWS that were writing about this AWFUL branch has been taken out!! The male and female tellers that look ASIAN are DISRESPECTFUL and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE with NO SKILLS. I will NEVER go there AGAIN!!! Better branches elsewhere and BETTER banks.
