  This branchs management has abysmal customer service and loan acquisition for its customers. The manager Tizzo very detached with careless attitude. I have A+ credit and well established. I found trying to get a simple car loan under 15k very very difficult and a extensive process as if i were trying to get a mortgage loan, seemed like a million hoops to jump through. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME and a credit ding dealing with BB&T. If you are a member of any credit unions. Please go there first because the terms and intrest rates are much better and they are geared to help theirs customers with financial goals. BB&T IS A JOKE and a complete waste of your time. I have spoken to other members who feel the same way.

  I called because I know due to COVID-19 we can not come in. I spoke with Sandra and she refused to help me in anyway and persistently attempted to deflect me to use online or just call someone else. How are you working a job you simply refuse to do is beyond me. How are you working a job that you can barely effectively communicate in professionally? That is also baffling. I hope someone sees this review and takes it serious enough to speak with Sandra and review our phone call if it was recorded today. Many people are facing hardships right now and IF you still have a job that is paying you then you should be doing everything you can to do your job. Because if I can just go online or to someone else you can just go home.
