      BB&T at Kentlands is great, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw many negative reviews about BB&T, so decided to look up reviews for 7 other area banks and read even worst reviews for those banks. I've been banking for over 20 years, both business (hundreds of checks per month) and personal, including mortgages, and have never had a problem with any bank, save those of my own error. Take all reviews with a grain of salt. There are a couple big banks out there that I would not personally deal with, but BB&T is certainly not one of them.

      The girl on staff today is an idiot. Said I had to come back after making an appointment... meanwhile NO ONE was in the bank. Congrats, you just lost a significant business customer.
