      When I needed an IOLTA account set up I met with a few banks but this particular BB&T was the one that stood out. From a personalized meeting (thanks, Joel) and a friendly greeting upon entry, this bank met my expectations. So far the online services have been excellent and I feel my business accounts are taken care of. I also have used the drive-through teller without any issues, they are always attentive. For a business account I would recommend this bank and to meet with Joel if he is available.

      I was going to say something, but is all Here already. The other branches 5 stars...this the only 1 star ...I'm surprised Noone notice!

      The banker helping me needed help to change my name in the system and told me I'd be able to use my debit card till my new one arrived which wasn't ture and so I went shopping and my card got declined. I am extremely disappointed. Went to another location and Cindy was super sweet and helpful! I will never use the page field location again.
