      I had issues with a few accounts that I have with SunTrust after several attempts with another customer service representative which he said it couldn’t be done I spoke with the Manager Reubena I think that’s the spelling (lol) but she took the time to find and fix the problem and get my accounts straight. I just want to say she went over and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it.

      Ever since they have become Truist their service has gone down hill. I have been on hold 2/21/22 and 2/22/22 a total of 9 hours and I am still locked out of my account. Customer service is horrible.

      In our community they treat us so wrong. One teller on a Saturday is ridiculous. It took 47 mins to stand in line to make a withdrawal and deposit. Why do they do our community like that? Any other bank in certain areas have plenty of tellers, especially on a Saturday
