  I had gone here for years. It was originally Susquehanna Bank. All the original people I was so familiar with are now all gone and replaced with all new people. I am not familiar with the new people however the Bank is very clean, easy to get into and conduct business in an efficient timely manner. It has a drive thru if you are short on time.

  Horrible. Only bank I know that has changed names 3 times in less than 2 years. Zelle can’t be hacked, fraud claims take way longer than they should. They allow people to steal your money rather than cancel pending transactions. Because they wanna try and press charges on the person doing the “hacking” or theft. Baffles me that then let my account be drained and then I have to wait until the charges go through, then file a claim to get my money back and that takes 10-14 business days. Like they took all my money. Luckily I’ve got credit cards etc. but this was all steamed from a zelle account I never created. The bank was clearly hacked because I don’t believe I was the only person. Ashley rameriz was the name that was used and it was done too others so the teller had said when I went to the bank. Oh and all that happened on a Saturday evening when the bank was closed they call to tell me it’s happening but don’t stop it. Don’t use this bank go elsewhere to a bank that has been around and hasn’t changed its name 3 different times, I believe some how information was stolen while transferring ownership or whatever they do when changing banks. Ridiculous

  BB&T is the worst bank I have ever encountered. They put my money into someone else's account and then they just say sorry and give a $10 gift card. The banks are never when they're suppose to be. How am I supposed to do my banking when I can't even put my money in the bank.
