      3 people in line and some lady walks in and announces she needs help. They immediately helped her and left the people who were there first waiting in line. Awful customer service.

      This is the worst branch that this bank has, staff is rude and unhelpful during this transition and honestly if you choose to continue banking with Truist, just don’t go to this branch. Will now be driving out of my way every time I have to go because of their awful service.

      BBT is transitioning to a new corporate owner. They will charge all accounts a $65 transioion fee ! Closed my accounts there and went to another bank.
