      Sharon saved the day! I travel for work and forgot my wallet at home. Sharon stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. After vigorously confirming my identity which I appreciate, Sharon was able to give me a cash withdrawal. Without her help I would of be stranded on the side of the road with an empty gas tank. Not only did she save my day, my customers day, AAA time and my wife nerves... she created a sense of trust amd confidence by simply doing her reasonable service. Thank you Sharon!

      BB&T used to be a bank who knew you and would help you, however this branch has the “no can do” protocol which will lead me to find a more personal customer friendly bank, not BB&T.
