I am not speaking particularly about this branch. I am referring to this bank as a whole. They’re direct deposit is slow, they randomly charge you fees for almost nothing and randomly in the middle of the night they disable your cards without notifying you. I am SO SICK of BB&T doing this. IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT TO ME BEING THAT I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT AND AM UP ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. Thus bank is for individuals 75 and up!!! Literally the only reason I am banking with them is because I don’t have a maintenance fee at the moment. But I promise as soon as I graduate i am banking with J.P. Morgan Chase. JP Morgan Chase spends an adequate amount of time and money making sure their customers are fully protected from online predators AND you’ll have access to your money at ALL times. BB&T is only good for a short period not for long term banking. It is a WASTE of time. I am launching my business upon graduation and trust me BB&T WILL NOT have anything to do with it. Stay away!
