      LOVE this BB&T location! We use it for business and they are always quick to answer questions, take their time with our deposits to ensure accuracy, and always remember my name. I have used many different large banks in past years and have never had a good experience in the end. This BB&T location has the best customer service.

      The drive thru ATM never works. For 3 weeks I’ve tried to deposit my checks and it always wrinkles the corner and spits my check back out. When are you going to fix this ?
