      I cannot recommend BB&T highly enough. Jay Digma and his team are absolutely incredible to work with. They offer competitive rates on mortgages, business loans and make suggestions to save you money. They provide personalized service and are quick to respond to calls and emails.       Only been to this bb&t twice. Every time has been a complete disaster. Not sure if they are not properly trained outside of basic with drawls and deposits. But this branch right here made me choose to go with a completely different banking company. Hope yall figure it out before you keep loosing customers.

      Employees seem to not know the law when it comes to banking. 5 visits and each time they told me something different. In my opinion they hire the mentally disabled. They seem to use words that they think you have no idea about and they seem to mention laws that do not apply. Unfortunately I have to use this back until I can get the accounts switched but they seem to make it very difficult to make banking easy. In my opinion not worth using this back and recommend any other bank.
