      Tellers are nice enough but they aren’t able to do anything beyond very strict and somewhat arbitrary rules. A big bank with a big bank attitude, go with a local credit union where fees are lower, overdraft forgiveness is a thing, and foreign atm fees are returned. BB&T would never do that because they are out to get your money, not help you become and remain financially stable.
