      I opened an account in a Virginia location and since moved to Missouri where there are no BB&Ts.       Policies of BB&T make for poor customer care. Customer service is horrendous. This bank makes it feels like I have to have a lot of money and accounts to feel worthy of any customer service, otherwise I am pushed to the back to of the list. Have had much better customer service from other branches.
