      Very friendly and courteous staff. Stayed after hours to help me when I managed to duck in the door one minute before closing.

      Each and every time I visit this location I have an issue. I call in advance to make a change order for my business and each time I go in, they say they never got a call. There is no communication between employees. Why have a drive through, if you constantly, and very rudely, tell your customers that they have to come inside. The old BB&T staff was way more professional.
