      I see a lot of negative reviews here but honestly I've been coming to this specific branch for years and have never had a problem. On the contrary this bank is very helpful and friendly. There is usually only one or two tellers because there is never a long line of customers waiting. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I love coming here to bank.

      I wish I could give this company a 0 star. Truist/ BBT is the worst bank ever. They lack operating hrs on the weekends. They have no late hrs during the week. You can’t deposit money through the atm. I went to 5 different atms between N. Miami & Sunrise. I will do like my sister and just closed out all my bank accounts and go with another company. I’m sick of them.
