      Would give 0 stars..couldn't help us with banking error on truist's part..sent us to their 1-800 number. Ive just waited 57 minutes on hold just to be cut off. No help here. We will be shopping for new bank after 30+ years with SunTrust. Done.

      My son has had Horrible experience since they switched... and tracking my record same! Debts not going through for days or even a week after purchases!!!! Looks like Incentive Banking to me! I can't wait until we both get our accounts switched! I have coworkers going through the same thing and they are ready to switch too! This should be illegal!!!!!
