      I would give 0 starts but it isn’t an option. Almost every time I go inside to withdrawal my money, the older ladies working are 9/10 rude and unprofessional. They often act as if they are, “better”. Get off your high horses ladies and learn some human decency. I’ll be switching banks.

      Chuck Brown the vice president business lending weasel must be replaced and or retrained to better handle customers. You can not sit there do nothing without actually pulling up the account, attempt to verify, find some type of resolution for account holders. I will be filing a complaint with BBNT. I will also be looking in to filing charges of discrimination for your conduct.
