      If you use the App for your banking needs this isn’t the one. The app gives me nothing but problems. Always under maintenance at the worst time. It seems like every time I need to use it in an emergency it won’t work. Just need to access my direct deposit info for a new job and “error, try again later” every since the change over I can’t log into my account on the computer. I’m always locked out. I’m tired of sitting on the phone just to access my bank info. I will be moving my business else where.

      After 20 years with Suntrust and only being Truist for less than 30 days I will be closing my account. Lousy customer service. Refused to listen to my problem in phone and kept transferring my call and getting hung up on. After 3rd time I gave up and will be closing my account first thing tomorrow morning.
