      The website said open till 7 PM when to get there it said close at 3 PM. I go there at 10 am to make cash deposit on October 4th the lady said I am doing 3 days ago deposit I can’t do your deposit comeback later or you can go to other branch? What kind service is this? I am a bank customer.

      the new manager there, luis soto or toto or whatever his name is has the worst customer service I have come across. thanks to him, I will never back to that suntrust location when he is there. the way he speaks to clients like he’s above everyone else is crazy. why on earth did they hire this little man?? I hope he’s gone asap! I can tell how he micromanages the tellers and is constantly standing behind them like a bodyguard.
