      Honestly, the best thing about this location is that it's convenient to my home. Outside of that, whoever manages this location seems to be rather incompetent. Hours on Google are entered incorrectly, the ATM lanes were marked as open when they were closed (my license and debit card got stuck in the bank because of it), and the tellers look absolutely worn out. If you can go to another "BB&T Now Truist" branch - do it. If not, be very careful to confirm that they're actually open.

      Normally a great bank with helpful people but a new lady in there is very rude at the counter. Both my parents and I loathe going to her if we don't have a choice. I have been going here my whole life and never had a problem till now.
