      Lauren Carroll Was very respectful and very helpful. She handled my problems in a timely manner and then helped me some more. I recommend this location I have gone to other locations but this has been the most helpful and I will continue to business with them. I recommend everyone coming to this location.       Says online you guys close at 1pm on Saturdays, went at noon and it was already closed, you people need to update your times.

      Never enough tellers on duty!!! The other employees are in offices doing nothing it looks like and you wait forever it seems to get help. I worked in banking for ten years and this would never have happened nor been tolerated. We didn't have computers to help either. I like the convenience of location but I get tired of waiting and waiting to be helped. The staff is nice but this bank needs more employees especially at peak hours. Frustrating wait and takes forever to do business makes the two star rating.
