      Tiffany Wade is awesome!! She took good care of me after an unfortunate car accident, getting everything sorted out regarding the insurance settlement of the loan on my totaled vehicle, and getting me a great interest rate transitioning into my new loan/vehicle purchase; she was very responsive and professional, and did a great job!! Highly recommend!!

      Customer service was poor, no eye contact or greeting. Gavin kirk was the worst. Closing my account first thing Monday. First state bank far better quality
