My husband and I have been dealing with Truliant for almost a year now driving all the way to the other side of town (because their payment app and phone options are less than satisfactory) we haven't really had any problems, until yesterday. On 6-10-2022, we went to this location (until the Cherrydale location is finished being built) to make our normal monthly payment and was "greeted" by Oriana (with no name tag), who literally was looking me up and down like I was beneath her. I proceeded to give her information to pull up my account and was told she needed my ID, which I have never been asked for to make a payment, she said that it was something she likes to do, then once I had my husband come in from the car she was looking him up and down lime we didn't belong in there. He made the payment with his ID and she refused to give it back until she had the receipt in her hand and she said it was a new policy to ask for ID with an attitude and rudeness. So, which is it, something you like to do or new policy? Either way there is a more professional way to carry yourself. She is very rude, and unprofessional and should be working in the back somewhere not the front counter dealing with Truliant members.
