  This is the branch that I feel at home the most. Manager David and his staff is working patiently and efficiently as they can to serve the best interest of the members. Positive energy, respect and patience is what I see in the culture of this branch with David’s leadership. I am blessed to be a Truliant member and reside close to this branch !

  I can't seem to ever get ahold of someone in the office, the phone tree makes it near impossible. I have contacted this company many times,leaving voicemails and have sent emails and the only way I am able to speak with someone is if I go to there in person and wait to speak with them. I had my car refinanced with Truliant, and the Title has been lost. The supervisor I contacted stated that this happens frequently, but I have not been notified that they did not have my Title. I have been paying on this for 2 years. I just recently sold the vehicle and I am now in a cluster to figure out what needs to be done with absolutely no guidance at all. When I spoke with the supervisor they said they mailed it out, but all that was received to the new bank was sticky note that stated they never had it. They denied this until I was cer specific about what was sent. I called again to maybe get a phone number for Truliant located in Ohio where the Titles are supposedly sent to and was told that they dont have a phone number only an address and kept placing me on hold for 45 minutes. I am incredibly frustrated. The only reason I have given a 2 star review is because everytime I go to the credit union everyone is very pleasant.
