      This is the worst Truliant location to come to in Charlotte, NC. First starting with the bank teller Taneisha very unprofessional, does not go by policy or protocol . She is not a person of detail and definitely could use more experience and training . Secondly the Manager Broderick Wells of the location is very disrespectful and rude after coming to this location twice in one day having to leaving my job due to their constant mistakes he was not comforting to the fact that I was super frustrated from having to leave work to handle something that should have done the right way in the first place . My time spent at this place ended with me Having to call the police on the manager because of his lack of training to bank tellers and also his lack is sympathy. Definitely don’t recommend this location and will be reporting him to the BBB.
